Default Which rotors for a C5 conversion?

Which rotors should I get for a C5 brake conversion? I work at a dealership so I got the calipers for pretty damn cheap. Going to order the brackets and all that crap from kore3, I just need to find a good set of drilled and slotted rotors that can take some abuse from autoxing and track days.

Going with drilled for looks I imagine?

I went with the Autozone blanks (not drilled/slotted) for $85/pair or what-not.

I would not autox on a drilled slotted rotor...but I am no scientist.
I would get some brembo blanks or at least some autozone blanks. I think those are duralasts and IIRC they are pretty good. I used them a couple of times without issue, but I also wasn't racing on them.

Why would you not use slot/drilled for autox? Would they not help with heat reduction?

Nope. They dissipate heat worse and are prone to cracking.

Drilled/Slotted are only for looks...don't believe the hype on any perf gain. Not to mention they will EAT pads.

I'll PM you a source.
