What LCA, PHB, SFC and STB should I use and why?
Just trying to find the right suspension parts. There are so many companies out there. Has anyone used the ones form a company called J&M Products? If so do you like them and would you reccomend them? Thanks.........

Give it more than a day at least! I got my suspension in my sig but everyone else has their preference. Both BMR and UMI have a good reputation for customer service and quality parts. You can also buy used stuff. J&M has some gimmick going with their bushings but other than that they have some good pieces too.
but +1 for New Mexico!

Its basically your preference. I personally wouldn't get J&M pieces with the 3 piece bushing because its not proven. If it has a regular bushing then its probably the same as any other suspension piece. When you buy from UMI or BMR you pay for a high quality piece and the excellent service. I've read threads about them replacing pieces that broke on customer's car after 2-3 years. I have a silver BMR STB for sale if your interested?

I have SLP bolt in SFC's and never made a creak or had a loose bolt. I also have an adjustable BMR PHR with poly ends and BMR relocation brackets and LCA's. I went for the rubber/poly LCA's and have no noises.

I have UMI SFC's (boxed weld in), LCA's (adjustable, poly bushing/QA1 rod end combo), PHB (on car adjustable), and STB for my car and havent had a chance to install everything yet nor have I driven the car, but from a quality vs. cost comparison only I would say UMI. I love their parts and will finish the rest of my suspension with them.
Ryan @ UMI has been a pleasure to deal with as well!

The people youm speak of on ebay sell the alumium panhard bar, and most people say always get the chrome moly. UMI has great stuff, sam uses it and its really hard to go wrong with them.

I use Spohn stuff. Imho adjustability is the key to a good suspension set up regardless of if you are going to lower the car or not...Its nice to be able to square the rear under the car and center it correctly...You'd be surprised how far off these things are stock...
My LCAs nd PHB are CM rod ended Spohn pieces and they are fantastic...

For a street driven car with no plans to lower then non-adjustable items will be just fine. We have a nice kit for $185.00 that includes a new panhard bar and lower control arms. Both items are powder coated Red or Black and use grease-able Energy Suspension bushings. They can be seen in the link below

If there is anything else I can help with please ask and I will be glad too.
Thanks!
