The Best Rotor / Pad Combo ?
I'm in need of pads and rotors for the front of my car.
Definitely not getting stock or autozone parts.
Looking for a drill and or slotted rotor... which ever is better.
Also looking for good pads that don't make tons of dust.... if possible.
Let me know what you guys recommend for a rotor/pad combo for the front...
I'm not interested in anything thats going to cost an arm and a leg.
But i don't want to get the cheap-o version either.
Thanks.

pretty much anything is better than stock for boltons. i went with irotors (slotted and cross-drilled) on all 4 and hawk pads.
but now that i'm cammed and making more power, i think i need new calipers with more pistons and bigger rotors.

if you want less dust don not get hawk HP.
Get Hawk Ceramics (lowest dust) or HPS (light dust).
Duralast Rotor work just fine. Drilled or slotted rotor will not help you stop better and can create other problems.

With modern brake pad materials you don't need the venting. Drilling will lead to rotor cracking in racing, they are ok for the street but for looks only.

i'm using baer eradispeed rotors and hawk pads. the brake response feels great. although i'm pretty sure it's just the pads i'm noticing as i didn't feel any difference upgrading to slotted/drilled rotors during daily driving.

I just bought those. If cost was not an issue, I would get willwood or SSBC.
