Default caliper sticking uneven brake pad use on front driver side

Good afternoon

I believe I have a caliper that is sticking since when I took a look at my brakes the other day I could clearly tell that the inside pad on the driver side was being used up unevenly causing my car to pull slightly to the left. Now I also read it could be the caliper guide pins that aren't lubricated enough? I should probably try to give this a try... Since I live in Canada I can't get the calipers from any parts stores under 95$ including core exchange. Can I just rebuild it myself using the guide on installuniversity.com in order to save a little bit of money? Or is my caliper in need for replacement since it might be damaged somehow?

Thanks for the help!

The problem is that I will be replacing my pads and rotors and I wouldn't want my new rotors warping and my new pads being all chewed up unevenly. As it stands the inner pad on the drivers side is totally uneven... so lubricating the pin would not tell me if the problem is really fixed...

But its preventative maintenance that I do once a year on my car. Do it anyways and observe the results.

Get a few cans of brake cleaner and a jar of synthetic brake caliper grease.

I never heard of brake caliper grease... Is it the same as anti-seize grease? Where do you buy that stuff?

CRC synthetic brake caliper grease, you should be able to get at Autozone or PepBoys. I think you should definitely do this if you are getting uneven wear.

Update:

I have taken out the two front calipers to find out that i had a guide pin that was seized on both sides. I pulled them out sanded them a bit cleaned the really good and lubed the heck of them with synthetic brake grease and put everything back together. But my car still pulls to the left? I didn't notice anything wrong with the calipers... They seemed perfect to me. What could I check next?
