Need Some Susp. Help...

When I take off from a dig, my car hops around like it's getting no traction. Anyone have the similar problem? What would help me out with this?

It could the tires or tire pressure. I'm not really sure exactly what you mean by hopping around like it's not getting traction though. Is it spinning at all or just swaying side to side? That's what i'm thinking you are suggesting.

Oh yeah it's spinning. I know I'm not getting traction, and I think that is whats causing the problem. I'm thinking a set of drag radials would fix this problem!

Lower control arms, relocation brackets, and a torque arm with a pair of drag radials would help reduce wheel hop and traction issues.

At very least relocation brackets. And Lower control arms wouldnt hurt either, Wheel hop sucks. Incurable in my eclipse.

Start off with control arms first. Then the relocation brackets. That will stiffen the suspension up. Then, if your still spinning, get some drag radials.

Yeah, The wheel hop does suck! Yesterday I raced my friend in his '05 S R T 4 from a dig, when I took off my damn exhaust was hitting my bumper, my gas door opened a closed a few times, my radar detector fell and hit me lol... It just sucks. I'm going to get me some of the stuff you guys listed above. Thanks for the help!

I got out of work for my lunch break at 12pm, and my friend with his red S R T 4 told me he wanted to see what my trans am had. We raced from a dig in front of the body shop I work at, and he atleast had to get a good car length on me because of the damn wheel hop problem I'm having. My friend who was watching told me that my tires were getting about 1" off the ground when I was wheel hopping or whatever. Once I caught traction, that little 4 banger didn't stand a chance! Wheel hop sucks and it feels nasty! I need to get this fixed.
