Thinking about SFC's... any difference?

I have KBDD SFC's and the fit great, went on easy and feel solid. About a year ago everyone around here said they were the best in the land. You can't see them at all from outside the car, they tuck up nice.

I know this is an aging thread, but I am curious to know how the SFCs are coming along. I am also in the market and have looked/read just about everything I can find (including this thread). I agree with the multipoint (more than two) attachment line of thinking and look forward to more info on your progress.

Correct me if I'm mistaken. I have welding experience but, Titanium cannot be welded to carbon steel. So these Subs will be bolt-on only, correct?
Why not just use steel and have them welded in place. Steel is heavier than titanium but, cheaper and stronger. I'm not paying $100.+ dollars for Subs and I bet titanium is even more expensive. I'll make my own using box-tubing with a cross brace for my torque-arm. It'll be sectionally stronger due to the brace and way cheaper.

Jesus, get them welded up already, Mike. You're so indecisive....almost like a female!
