Just looking for info on the competition engineering rear adjustable shocks, looking to put them on a 99 camaro 50/50 street strip car.

Have them on my car. They get the job done. The weight transfers alot better now. They are actually not as bad for DD as i thought they would be.
Toss these in, and drop the front sway bar and you are in business. The nose lifts and the cars GOES!! (but then again i have LCA's, Reloc brackets, BMR short arm, adj. PHB, and stock rear springs) But it does it on cheap *** street tires, so you be the judge.

THanks for the info everyone, I have the money for qa1's but if there was something else a little less that worked good I would entertain that and buy some other susp. parts. I pulled low 1.50's and a best 1.49 on all stock suspension and drag radials my first time at the track, so I was a little hesitant to go out and spend big bucks on suspension parts, I see guys with full aftermarket suspensions pulling alot slower 60 ft's.

I bought mine from LS1speed. part number is C2710 I think. the shocks i got had 2700 on them. the specs are listed on Competition engineering's site. a mustang one may be similar and thats why it works. the CE shock is just a little longer than a stock shock.

Here is the link to the Full Application chart. But the Part number given for the LS1 F-bodies is C2700.
C2710 is for the 2nd gen. according to the chart.
