Default newbie to suspension

i know its been asked a millon times, but i have a DD 02 z28, stock rearend and all that. i want to know which suspension parts i need to buy that wont affect me on the street. im dumb when it comes to suspension, this is the first car im putting suspension on, so i need a little help. I dont want to lower it because i drag around here the way it is. ive been looking at bmr LCA's, PHB, and a few other things. i already got a bmr STB. im putting a stall and a cam in it next month, with a 125 shot so i will need your help to hook, thanks in advance. i have my flame suit on because i know someone will say read a book or search

first youll want shocks. koni if you drag and drive it on the street. you can go strange or qa1 shocks if its mainly a drag car. I would also highly recommend subframe connectors, relocation brackets and a torque arm. also some sticky tires will help out a lot

The first basic suspension I did to my car when it was my DD was subframe connectors, lca, phb, strut tower brace, and lowering springs(prokit 1"). It was perfect for street. Cornering and straightaway.

Shocks... Koni

Go from there. If you need to hook, set the front shocks to full soft. A torque arm helped me out a lot with hooking too.

I'm about in the same boat as the OP. Plan on doing a cam and stall, but will want a suspension that will hook, but will be 95% street driven and 5% track. So do I really need single or double adjustable parts? Or is it a mix and match like single adjustable TA, but non-adjustable PH bar?
