help, shocks for pro kit
well, got everything for a prokit install, relocation brackets, adjustable phr and so on. I have heard the stock shocks don't last long with lowering springs, plus i just want to get rid of these decarbons. Offer came up for some bilstien HD's for 280, if not i figured i would go with strano and the revalved. Tell me what yall think. As you can see i am a college student and am trying to get a deal, so koni's DA's are out of the question.

I would agree if you weren't lowering your car. Bilstien HD's on a lowered car don't work. The ride will be very bouncy. Get the slp or revalved Bilstiens, you'll be much more satisfied.

Chris you can just buy the Bilsteins & springs from slp. I'm not a fan of slp products but for a daily driver &/or someone who wants solid handling & comfort, they actually did a good job with that set up. For more performance go with Sam's revalved.
Redz on my 01 SS I had the Y2Y slp Bilstein suspension. It's good for a daily driver. On my 02 WS6 I have Koni S/A's up front with Bilstein HD's out back. I have the pro kit too. I set it up so at 150 my car doesn't move. It's very solid & rough but that's exactly what I wanted!
