Default Question on setting up torque arm

Hey guys just a real quick question when setting up an adjustable torque arm... I know I have to have the rear suspension loaded but what about the front? Does the front need to the same or does it not matter? Thanks alot

Both need to be loaded and level to get an accurate measurement.

I all ready watched it like 5 times before I did it and once when I did do it lol. I just wasn't sure about the front end having to have load or not. But I just got to go for a ride a lil bit ago and even though the roads were a little wet I still got some pretty decent bite. So I really can't wait until to drive it when the roads are drive. It is the spohn tunnel mount arm, and yes it does have that little bit of clunk but it ain't that bad at all.

Do you have a recommendation for setting the torque arm position in the front on an adjustable 4L65E trans mount? There are 7 positions on your mount. This is a stock weight car with all BMR bolt ons, adjustable rear QA1's, stock front springs and shocks, stock rear springs, 9" Ford 3.70's, 4000 SS Yank, 402 RWHP, and Hoosier 27X 11.5 QTP's. Estimating 11.70 1/4"s. thanks

I would start with the 4th hole from the bottom of the bracket. If the car spins then hooks move the torque arm up. If it hooks then spins several feet out move the torque arm down.

If you have any other questions about adjustments I am just a phone call away

Thanks, I'll try it out Wednesday eve. With the ET Streets it wasn't trying to hook. I have it in the third location (from bottom). I will move it up one. I will also be using better tires, Quick Time Pros (27x11.5") instead of the 17" ET Street radials.

Tried it out Wednesday night, with the arm 5 holes up from the bottom and the shocks 5 clicks from tight I did a 1.57 60' and went a little quicker than I thought I would.

11.51 @ 116.59

thanks for the recommendations!
