They are trickling in.... All pending backorders will be filled in the next week, and there will be a few sets left for normal ordering. Over the next few weeks a series of small stocking orders is due in, so I think the backorders are about over with.

I have to do it when you order, because that's when I order and pay.

When they are in stock, when you order and when the ship is usually the same day. When they are not in stock the order "buys" your set off the backorder list and they are taken out of the inventory that's coming in.

Of note.... I have various vendors, and they get their shipments at various times which I have no control over. When there is a National backorder and nobody has stock, I buy and ship from the closest warehouse to you that I think will have shocks in stock the soonest, trying to get your shocks to you as fast as I can. Sometimes only a west coast vendor has stock, and if you live in the east, I'll send those shocks. But sometimes everyone is out, and it's a bit of guess on if warehouse A will get shocks before B and it's a day sooner or a day later.

Things would be very simple if I only had one supplier and all orders shipped from one. But in an effort to keep up with demand and supply folks as best I can I have to use different suppliers, and sometimes an order gets caught in limbo when I had an order placed with who I thought was getting them first, only to have them show up last. In the interim I ordered other shocks from Warehouse B a week later, but their order came in first, they get shipped first. Because I don't own or operate Koni, or the warehouses, I'm not privy to knowing to the second where every shock is at all times.

I just wanted to kick that out there because I had one guy kind of upset, not that I blame him. I think he thinks I stole his money and/or shocks. That's not the case, I'm not going anywhere, and his shocks just happen to be on order from the warehouse who this time just happened to be getting their order last (and last here is a matter of days compared to the "first").

I won't be getting my springs until June sometime. We do have alternatives we can discuss, and I invite you to call me if you'd like to discuss options. Some are pretty good, some suck...

Bout time, i've been pretty excited about putting these koni's on

 

Sweet, Sam thought it would be the first week of May before they would get out. I think I was 6th or 7th on the list.

Ok...maybe not....I can't wait to get them!

 

WO HOOO, I can't wait, the snow has almost melted...

 

So the door bell rang yesterday, first thought "WTF, I just got home, leave me alone!"

Then I saw it was FedEx...."That's weird I didn't order anything"

As I was opening the door the light bulb clicked and my eyes lit up with joy.
