Forgot to install a front spring perch...

... what will the consequences be if I drive the car a few miles without the spring perch on the driver side front? Anybody done this?

I'm about 3 weeks into my Koni shock install (long story) and I'm dying to drive the car. The thought of having to remove everything right now and do it over again is just maddening.

Not to be an *** or anything but how did you manage that? and what is the spring being held in place by? I would tear it down asap and get that corrected
