Default Looking into lowering my car

I am looking into lowering my car pretty soon, but i am not exactly sure what to go with.

I'm thinking either hotchkis, eibach prokit, or maybe sportlines ( they may be to low ) for springs.

As for shocks, i am not exactly sure what to get? Any opinions?

Pics will help

Thanks

Why do you want to lower, and what are you looking for? Handling, or just the look of a lower car?
Regardless forget about sportlines.

just be sure you are prepared for speed bumps, hitting stuff you normally don't now with your exhaust and SFC's, etc. Got to admit it is a bad *** look. Handling at least with me is a major difference and there are some days climbing in and out of it all day long can wear on you. That's if you over 40

I am going for that lowered look, and handling. I don't want to be slammed, i just don't want a 4x4 camaro anymore.

I really don't have the money to drop on koni's or else i would.

How are the kyb's?

From doing a little more research i am leaning toward strano springs and either saving up a lilttle more cash and going with koni's or getting the AGX's?

BTW, what color are strano springs?

strano's and konis 4/3 would get my vote! i have yet to hear anything negative about the stance/ride/handling of sam's combo!

Out of the choices you listed I would go hotchkis. I like the look and ride of my hotchkis. I also have them paired with koni 4/4's.

Go with the strano springs they made the car I bought with sportline springs installed transition from unpleasent / borderline unsafe to a joy to drive. I'm sure the koni shocks would feel great but I have no complaints with the KYB AGX shocks so far.

Take it easy

If that's what you really want, then you ought to call him to consider your options.

i say go with hotchkis. even with my stock shocks and polyurethane bushings, the ride is still nice enough for my DD. and it handles 1000000X better too

+1 for Stranos.

My 2nd choice is Hotchkis, which I have on my car. Strano ran out of ummm...Stranos like a week before I purchased my car

I went with Hotchkis because I have had great experience with them on my classic cars (70 Chevelle, 71 Nova, 67 El Camino). While they offer exceptional handling and quality, I still plan to get Stranos. I have never heard an ill word about them. Only very positive reviews, so I am anxious to try them on my F-body.

Good luck!
