Default Koni Adjustment window

I have Koni double adjustable shocks on my car. With the front ones, the adjustment window is facing the front on the passanger side. Would I be able to turn the shock to face the side while it on the car, or would I have to take it off and remount it?

i dont think youll be able to turn it because the lower mount would not line up. mine on the pass side faces forward as well, i adjusted it with a small allen wrench...took a little time but it worked fine.

When you bolt it up to the top mount during installation, that's when you have to set it up to face outwards. I made sure the window faced outwards and even my spring was rotated correctly so I could access the adjustment easily.

I wish I was the one who put them on. The owner before put them on, and I think I can get to them, but it will be a pain the ***.

When making the adjustments do I need to have the car jacked up or can do it with the wheels on the ground.

if you can make adjustments with it on the ground, go for it. but youll probably have to lift the car up so you can get at it easier. i had to lift it up.

Most have to lift it up to get enough droop to get your hand in there.
