Default Suspension Problems...Shocks???

I recently bought a 94 z28 off this forum. I know its lowered all around. Its got the big hoosier drag radials in the rear. Ive been driving it for a coupole weeks now. Recently I think the car has been getting lower and lower. I used to be able to have 3 or 4 people in the car without any problems. Now if I have just one person in the car, the right rear tire rubs on EVERY little bump. It rubs so much, smoke comes from the tire. Do I need new shocks? My tires are basically ruined from rubbing on the fenders. Also the left tire sticks out more than the right tire. How do I fix this? Any advice or comments? Thanks.

Shocks don't determine ride height. Springs do. Sounds like the springs are too worn out (or too low) for the tires.

As for getting the rearend centered under the car, you'll need an adjustable panhard bar. There are plenty of sponsors who make good ones, but I personally prefer the on car adjustable kind, for ease of use.

Chup, is correct it sounds like a spring problem. You will need an adjustable panhard to get the body offset corrected. We offer several different versions. give me a call if you have any questions.

When you adjust it make sure that you have the suspension loaded. The only springs that we offer lower your car 1" from stock height.

No you can jack it up but put some jack stands under the rear so the weight of the car is on the suspension.
