I doubt anyone has found the limits of either kit. Pick the one you like.

They're pretty much the same thing. So base your decision on the name. I think Baer sounds cooler.

I don't have the same kit you mentioned above, but I do have a full set of Baer brakes on my '01 and couldn't be happier! I will eventually be installing a set on my '70.

Go with Brembos. Standard on Ferraris and on many other as OEM equipment. Plus heavily involved in Formula 1. Correct me if I am wrong but Baer doesn't do any of the above.

Keep in mind that you will eventually need to get replacement pads. Pads for stoptech and brembo can be found and your local part stores as its a Porsche pad. Also the brembo and stoptech 4 piston setup will be significantly lighter than the baer 6 piston kit.

Im sure Baer are just awesome and good enough for anyone. But if they're both the same price how could you not go with Brembo. They make the brakes for Ferraris, Lambos, Porschaes, shelby gt500, vipers, Aston Martins soooo many trackday cars, theyre in Formula 1 for years, and are HEAVILY involved in motorsports, even specialty supercars have Brembos fitted standard on them like the Ferrari Enzo, Mclaren Mercedes SLR and many more (although they are probably totally different kinds of brakes than the ones youll be getting). Im sure Brembo is pretty much known around the world to be the ultimate in performance brakes. They have won overall the 24 hours of LeMans the past 7 out of 8 years and 3 of the 4 classes winners' this year were on Brembos, and more than half of the enitre LeMans field ran with Brembos. They're even involved in Moto GP (highest form of bike racing, the F1 of Bikes).

I always thought Brembos would be like double the price of Bears, but if they are the same price I dont know why anyone wouldnt pick Brembo.
