Your not gonna find to many trucks with this much lift with someone that actually had a driveshft made for that high of an angle. Especially on a show truck. Cost right at $1000.00 for something I would have never personally used.I havent found one. Look on craigslist under monster trucks. I havent seen one with more than about 16" of lift with one.

We've always cut and spun the pumpkin.
Thought about shooting a trade your way. 1995 Z28 1LE, Custom Teal Metallic, all new leather interior, Alpine Sound, New Tires and Wheels (ZR1's), Stock SS catback with E-cutout after the headers/y-pipe. The car is capable of Mid/Low 12s and is severely de-tuned due to lack of fuel. Needs bigger injectors. It's got a factory hood now, the Cowl is now gone.
Just a thought...
Or I've got a couple ATVs...

I don't quite get it. Why rebuild a transfer case, hell why even have one if you're never going to connect the front driveshaft?
Loosing the t case also improves rear ds angle.
All that needs is a double cardon joint at the transfer case end, maybe at both ends. And as long as it has locking hubs the pinion bearing isn't going to suffer that much.
I had a S10 blazer with 18" lift, spring only, no blocks , no shackles, a reverse cut (high pinion) dana 30 up front WITH a driveshaft connected to it. And that dana 30 has no hubs, meaning the driveshaft spins all the time. I made the driveshaft myself with double cardon weld yokes and ds tube. 90 mph smooth as a cadillac.
THATS a show stopper right there when you see one lifted that high and it actually has a front driveshaft.

winning every time over a driveshaft that wasnt gonna be used ever. We have a toy we use just for offroad. The thing about cutting that pumpkin though is if you use that thing longer than 30 minutes or so its gonna tear it up, this is what I do for a living and I see it all the time.
