Okay, so after a couple of attempts to get this car sold and dealing with a pain in the *** bank, I finally have made some headway. The fact is that my situation changed dramatically and I can no longer afford the car, so after making that clear to the bank, they are telling me that they will "settle" for a $15k payoff. (much better than the alternative of taking the car to an auction i guess)
The car has just over 31k miles on it and as of now, it is just parked, not being driven so that should stay the same. It is white with ebony leather, M6 w/ t-tops and asr. the only thing is that i traded rims in an effort to make a payment a couple months ago so the car has the 5 spoke trans am rims on it. truthfully i am so tired of dealing with the bank that I almost don't even care what happens, but if someone wants to give it a good home, send me a message. again, i apologize sincerely to all those who made an offer and who weren't able to act on it bc of all the mis information i was getting from Wells Fargo Auto. send me a message if you are interested. thanks.

I owe like 17,200 but I talked to the bank and they have agreed to "settle" if i find a buyer. They are telling me that 15k will get the title. I may be able to get it a little lower, but from what I am hearing now, that is where it stands.

 

Shame, I would love to take that car off of your hands. Can't afford it though, got enough makin the two car payments, rent, etc... and gettin the woman everything she wants for the wedding. Hope you find a good place for her.

it doesnt have the cme. it came with the ten spoke rims, but like i said i traded down in an effort to make a payment a couple of months ago. it has the 3.42 gear ratio in it. it does not have the hurst short throw on it. it does have an slp lid and smooth bellows on it.

Do you have any idea about how long until the bank takes it? I reallllly want it, I just have to find a buyer for my car first, and with the way the economy is, it may be a while

 

honestly idk. i have been talking to them and they know that I am trying to sell it so they are hoping that i do and they haven't told me that they are taking it, but that is all I know. what are you selling, and for how much?
