Trans Am for sale!!! I am selling my 1997 Trans Am. Selling it mainly because I have 2 F-bodies and would like to just keep one. Theres nothing wrong with the car, it has a Clear Title. Some mods but not extreme.
Its an Automatic with 3.23 gears. Has 128k miles.
UPDATE: new price $4k
EXTERIOR:
It has a rare color, I thinks its called Blue Green Chameleon or something similar. The car is green, but when the sun hits it turns blue. Pretty neat.
Paint is like 7 out of 10 mainly because of rock chips on the front.
INTERIOR:
The interior itself its not too bad, it has a cracked dash, and the headliner is a little worn out.
The seats are in pretty good shape, the drivers seat has the usual wear and tear.
ENGINE: LT1
Its mostly stock, just have a cold air kit. Just done a Tune-up. Replaced plugs and wires , when installed headers.
EXHAUST:
Its has Pacesetter Long tubes, ORY, and a Cutout. Still have stock catback, so with the cutout closed the car can be real quiet. ( only about 1500miles on headers and cold air)
PERFORMANCE:
I took the car a couple of times to the 1/8 mile track and it ran a best of:
60ft:2.05/8.80@80mph with some heavy *** Ruff wheels I used to have.
THE BAD:
The AC could use a recharge, in the evening it feels cold but at noon not so much.
For some reason it takes 2 times to crank. When the Tank is full though, it usually cranks the first time. So don't know what it is.
I would like to get $4500 but its negotiable(no lowballers, not really in a hurry to sell). If I missed something, or have any questions, let me know. Here's my Photobucket, I have some pics there, also have a couple of pics with the Ruff wheels. But the Car comes with Stock wheels. If you need more pics let me know.
