Looking for a 98+ M6 Bird or Camaro Houston TX
I want to see what's out there before I sell my bird. I am willing to trade it for a nice car of equal value, it is probably worth around $8,000 after it gets painted tomorrow. If anyone wants to trade let me know.
But I want a 98+ LS1 M6 Car, I do not want an auto, I wont even look at it. I really want an SS or WS6 but I could make an exception if it is nice. Want something around 60k miles but no more than 100k.
My price range depends on what my T/A sells for, so probably around $8k is what I have to spend.
Just want to see what's out there.

I am still not sure if I want to sell it yet, I just want to see what's out there first before I even consider it.
I have only driven it like 35 miles in 4 or 5 months, maybe once it's out of the paint shop tomorrow and the interior and carpet are in and I start driving it every day I might decide not to sell it.
It's just like I never have money for myself because I am always dumping it into the car. In fact I just spent $800 on decals and weather stripping today.

Yeah, I wouldn't trade for a fox. Nice cars but I don't want to get into another old car for a while. That Z28 is nice though, I will look into it. Not liking the full spool though.
I am still waiting for my car to be painted so I can drive it.
Here are some pictures before paint in case anyone is looking to trade. I have a new hood bird and decals on order...

lol...it just strikes me as a wierd coincidence that i have an 02 Firehawk that I'm working on trading a buddy for his 89 Turbo Trans Am. Good luck with the trade man, that's actually a pretty rare car that you have

But yeah, still not sure. It's one of those things were I don't really want to sell it, but if someone made a good enough offer I would. Like my boss said, "How many 16 year old kids are cruising to school in an 80 T/A?"

well, the fact that it's a Turbo T/A is what makes it pretty cool. I saw another one at the Atascocita meet last weekend and the guy had converted it over to a regular small block because it "ran better". i'm sure he's right, but still.......

Yeah, I have the original motor in the barn. It has a nice Pontiac 400 under the hood right now with 11k or so miles, it runs and sounds great. I would never put a chevy in this car unless it was an LS motor. The torque and sound of the Pontiac motors are insane. The only thing that sucks is the small exhaust leak, just haven't had time to fix it, it would sound perfect after that. When I sell my camaro, I am going to do an H/C swap if I still have it.
Here is a video on it's maiden voyage, still wasn't 100% since it was the first time being driven in 10 years. It's a pretty mean *** car, puts my camaro to shame lol.
