Looking for Inexpensive 9mm Pistol
I am looking for a 9mm handgun to use for training and target only so this doesnt need to be a Glock or anything special. Please no .22 offers I believe in recoil being a major part of gun training. I already have a .40 and a .45 so only 9mm please. PM only please.
PS - I assume this doesnt brake the rules as Guns are bought and sold in the TEXAS forum all the time. And this does not violate Texas Law. Let me know if I am mistaken.
thanks!

Honestly, look for a kel-tec P11, very cheap usually 200-300. 9mm, reliable enough to depend on , fits well in a standard jean pocket, hold 10rds or 12rds with a flush fitting magazine, great little CC gun.

Good point I own 2 SA XD's. Although I wont be the one firing it that often other than to test it. I would prefer a compact model maybe even a Sub Compact if it had an extension. Please keep in mind I can get a 9mm Sigma at Academy for $299.00. I am looking for pawn shop inexpensive, as in $200 or less.

I've shot a lot of different handguns...(Sig, HK, Glock, Wilson Combat, SA XD and 1911, Kimber, Sigma, etc)...Sigmas are garbage. They have a crappy trigger pull and are all around pieces of junk. For an extra $100, you could get an LE turn in Glock or another XD. I'd feel MUCH better about purchasing a used XD or Glock than a new Sigma.
But if I wanted a 9mm XD all I have to do is pop in my .9mm conversion barrel :-))
I am looking for a CHEAPER GUN

Sound like more than you want to spend, but ive got a two-tone Ruger SR9 with about 100 rounds through it that i would part with for $400.
As far as the Hi-points mentioned earlier, If anybody just wants a cheap gun to play around with that you aren't going to carry on you daily, I really don't think the Hi-points are a bad idea. I have a friend with one that he bought new for $140 just to use around the farm without having to care about. It has never had a single malfunction and is plenty accurate enough for anything under 25 feet. Just has a very shitty trigger pull, crappy sight picture, is top-heavy, kind of a pain to strip/assemble, and rattles when carrying it. But you definitely get your $140 worth out of it.
