g.i. ls3 headed forged 408 iron block new The motor is actually stil at hke being built. I can sell it with the ls3 intake, injectors and fuel rails and corvette or fbody oil pan. The motor will be right at 11 to1 comp. And set up for up to a 300 shot of nos. Motor should be complete in about a week. I'm thinking about just running the stock ls6 motor with a cam in my zo6. Asking price would be $6000 obo.
Short block has
Wiseco pistons
Eagle hbeam rods
Callies compstar crank
Mellings oil pump
Rollmaster double roller timing chain set
Comp custom ground cam shaft.
Heads and ls3 intake will be unported
Motor should make 525-550 rwhp in a 6 speed car.

Any one interested in a 509 ci bbc 10 to 1 comp. 643 lift solid roller with cnc and hand ported dart pro 1 heads that flow right at 400 cfm on the intake side? Makes 700 plus hp at the crank and can run on pump gas? Complete carb to oil pan $7500. Built with world products merlin block, manley rods, eagle crank, and je pistons? This motor is alos fresh has maybe 2 hrs of run time only to break in. No passes on it yet and will come with a nitrous fogger already plumbed on the intake.

To the top if no one is interested in buying the forged 408 I will put it in the z06. I can probly even sell the short block seperate from the heads and intake but the pistons will be for use with l92 or ls3 heads

I have a lot of intrest in the complete motor right now and I would rather not deal with selling every
thing seperate. I know I said I would sell short block seperate but I don't want to deal with parting the stuff out if I don't have too. I have also already agreed to pay for assembly of the long block. If some one will comit to buy the short block by Tuesday and put a deposit on it I will let it go for $4000 with no oil pan. Timing chain set or cam. The crank has the 24x reluctor also. If some one buys the complete motor I will include the adapters needed for the map and injector to use in a c5 vette or ls1 fbody
