car belongs to a friend of mine, im not sure what he's getting after this. its a clean car, the owner can give you a lot more details on the car. these are getting hard to find not badly abused and close to stock.

I'm pretty positive the stripes are just vinyl.
I would assume the title is clear, Or you can cut that price in half.
If your interested in the car please call the owner, both of us work out in the oilfield and are away from the net most of the day, I will try to get with him and get more pictures asap.
