anything wrong with the block?

how easy do you think it would be to get that paint off? do you think hot tanking it would get the job done?

do you know if any of the bolt holes are screwed up/stripped because of the paint?

thanks

Best thing to do is come out and look at it. If you buy and there is a problem with it I will refund your money.

All I can do is a visual and everything looks good.

Why would a bolt hole be screwed up or stripped because of paint?

my thinking was:

1. remove bolt because block will be painted.
2. possibly neglect to cover bolt hole or cover bolt hole completely with tape, newspaper, etc.
3. primer block
4. base/color coat block
5. clear coat block
6. because bolt hole was not taped off at all or only partially taped off, primer, base/color and clear are now in bolt hole covering up threads completely or partially.
7. reinsert removed bolt.
8. cross thread bolt due to threads being partially primer, base/color and/or cleared OR strip bolt hole because bottom of bolt hole is filled with primer, base/color and/or clear coat.

I would take it in a heartbeat.

I just don't have the cash right now for it.

Don't scrap it I will gladly come and take it off your hands if you take it to scrap yard!!!!
