Since the numbers listed are about how long out of 360 degree rotation that the valves are off seat, this would say it's almost always open. Were these numbers right, then you would never have compression.
Normal numbers listed are based on when the valves are at 0.050" and greater. These numbers range from 210 duration on smaller cams to 230's/240's on larger cams and go up from there for psycho engines. Were I a betting guy and without looking online, I would guess your cam is around 236/242 or so with regards to these numbers. Lift of 0.605/0.610 are pretty healthy (although not the largest out there) so with lift like that, the durations will be more than a stock cam.

BTW, the 287/291 are most likely the full duration of lift off of seat so those are probably good numbers.
