WTB 400+ cube motor

WTB 400+ cube motor Looking for an NA motor to wake up my RX8. I have a stock internal LS1 in my car currently with lower miles that runs great. I'm looking for an aluminum 400+ cube motor for it. Don't care about the cam as I want a custom smooth grind for it (don't want a lope to give it away). I'd prefer a shortblock with flat tops. No boost Pistons or iron blocks. If it is a longblock it needs to have rectangle port heads. No iron blocks. Also prefer a 24x motor. I'd need to witness it run before purchasing or else the price needs to reflect my risk.
Can make it a longblock with lsa heads that can be ported.. custom cam(all of our cams are specd by pat g who is a good friend of mine).. btr dual springs in heads and BTR pushrods,3 bolt cam gear,katech billet c5r timing chain,melling oil pump,etc..
