you should check the intersection at which the light is installed. If it does not have the required markings/postings prior to the intersection, you can fight and beat the ticket. Look up the traffic law... ask me how i know.

Speaking of cameras, I was originally told that if you went in excess of 140 mph through a toll center that it could not get you in time....I tried it and was wrong...got a ticket and my license plate was clear as clear can get. i have since been told that it is actually in excess of 170...whos going to try it?
I got the flash show behind me while I stopped at a red light with no cars around me at the galleria. I guess it thought I was going to run it

on a side note, that would be an interesting conversation explaining to a cop why you were doing 170 on the toll road

There was something on the news last week, saying that the companies that installed the cameras didn't have a permit to install them, so actually they're illegal. So alot of people may be receiving refunds. Turns out an attorneys wife got a ticket, and refused to pay it, he looked up alot of constitutional ****, and found some loopholes.

I wonder how much a lawyer would charge to try and fight the ticket. You may just be better off paying the ticket then taking a baseball bat to the camera! I'm sure no one is going to jump out of their car and stop you!
