Default got a ticket,75 in a 45

well i just put my tranny cooler and 160 thermo in and was just checking for leaks and overheating or anything. so i got on an access road and let her open a little and wouldnt you know it a damn cop was right there!
plus my wife was with me so it was even better, now that she is flippin out.
anyway just wondering if anyone had a clue about how much this ticket may cost------75 in a 45

**** that's more than 20mph..so no Drivers ed..might be minimum $170

i got one in Dec. for going 85 in a 70 in Decatur and it cost me $201, it sucked too cause i would have been clean for 3 years if if would have made it to Mar. 16th and i turn 25 on the 22nd of this month. So i guess no insurence discount for me.

i have seen some for 75. the one I use is 100 but if you got a ticket for more than 20 over its 200

Even if the lawyer is more money than the ticket, the chance is that you will save money on insurance in the long term. It is always worth it to hire a lawyer, he may be able to get it dropped completely...

i wasnt driving like an ******* dick head! just a little pedal action.and there was not one car infront or behind me! on a vacant access road!

thanks guys for the help. im going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow,and see what they can do for me.

hahaha yea the only car on the whole damn road and it was a cop
but i haven got a ticket for about 4 years now so i guess its about time.
im going to start looking for a daily driver, that way its not so tempting to give
her the goose

Not sure why so many people are giving the guy hate. We're on a car forum for cars that are usually around 350-450 hp, and you are griping at someone for going 75?! Calm the F down.

get the lawyer, and you will get defered judification. it will cost you proly 300 for that tho, but at least its not on your record... and you will have to take defensive driving ne ways. and you will have to pay the lawyer....worth it tho
