Unhappy No more Z for me... :(

My lady swapped ends with me yesterday on a wet street, the pictures show the rest. She WAS a beautiful 01 z-28 m6. I am trying to figure out what to do now. I only had liability, so I have her sitting at my old shop now. I have my other Z to drive (my Z-71) for right now. But now I don't know whether to find another Camaro or other Ls1 car with a blown motor, or to part this car out. I know the motor still runs flawlessly and has about 85,000 on the clock, and the tranny is good. The front clip is untouched, and the rear hatch is in perfect condition. But my babe is bent way too bad for any future.

Its still setting in, it happened yesterday (3/13/09), I'm just glad there was no hospital trip involved. Any ideas guys?

Thanks ya'll.

DAMMIT!!! How fast were you going? Car is totalled. Pull the motor/drivetrain and put it in a roller if you want or just part the thing out. Its all up to you.

Damn dude, that sucks!!! You should save up and get a roller to put your drivetrain into. Theres one here in SA that is extremely clean for 3K and one that needs a little love for 2k. They are both white. Anyway, it looks like you still have a lot of usable parts so if you pick up a roller you can swap what you want and sell the leftovers to make up some of the cash.

Damn bro, glad to see you made it out ok. Another F bod off the road thanx to this shitty weather we're having lately. As previously advised save up, buy a shell or roller swap everything usable over, sell whats not needed to recoup cash.

Damn .......That sucks man. Very glad to hear you didn't have to go to the hospital. Atleast our camaro's are keeping us safe from the hospital. I think that makes 3 of us in this past week to lose our cars to this weather. But like I said Our camaro's kept us from serious injuries.

Sorry to hear about your car, but the important thing is that you're okay. It could have been a lot worse and would have been if that had been a driver side impact. Glad you're okay. I've been where you are a few times, losing my car because I didn't have full coverage. That's why I have everything fully covered now.

Get a roller and throw your drive line in there. Or if you can donate your LS6 intake to me. Charity does wonders for a broken heart.

Ummmm, how? Unless someone gently removed it and placed it on the ground at the crash site. I don't know how it could still be in perfect condition.
