like Jrod said, when somebody important comes to town, they usually fly into ellington field, i have seen when the president came about 10yrs ago, they had it everything blocked, the freeway was dead with no traffic, then suddenly about 10-15 black tahoes & surburbans drive by with a limo right behind it and then another 10-15 black tahoes/surbans right behind the limo, not to mention about 20 HPD cars in the escort aswell...

 

I can think of some one else that should do the same.

 

HHmmm..well since all of HPD was there, hat means the rest of the freewa was open for fun runs..lol

 

Saw one when W was in town a couple years back. I was headed south on 45...thought it was wierd that suddenly there was no traffic coming North, then came the rolling roadblock with all the black vehicles flanked with security. I was impressed at how well rehearsed the whole thing seemed to be.
