The cost is what's to be expected. I just put away money until I had enough to spend (and this was on top of buying a house, paying for a garage floor coating, installing new cabinets in the garage, putting up 2 new expensive maple trees, and buying furniture for the extra rooms!).
Patience is the key.

Patience? What's that? lol. I'm just kidding. I also want to get some wheels, too, so I need to prioritize. I need new rear O2s as well.

Shakky, get LT's. Just wait till you have the cash.
instead of buying rear 02's have someone tune them out; it'll be cheaper to tune the rear 02's 'off' then to actually buy them. Plus once you have the LT's on, you wont need the rear 02's

It wont affect driving. If you dont get the rears tuned off it'll throw a check engine light, but wont affect performance. just need the front 02's...

I think 95 perecent or higher of the guys here will agree that the mid tubes aren't worth the money. Longtubes with high flow cats is the way to go. While you are at it go true duals. Like stated earlier, you only need the two front 02 sensors. Delete the rear and you should have no problems with emissions.

I'd go with the mac mids, your car is basically stock and it doesn't sound like you'll be able to afford heads/cam anytime soon. I'd be willing to bet the macs are within a few rwhp of the longtubes w/ your mods. Now if you are planning h/c anytime I would just save up and get some longtubes. I know of a lot of cars that used to make huge power with macs.

Who has the best prices on Mac ceramic mids? Should I go ahead and get some hi-flow cats, too?
