Default Fred Loya Insurance

So my stupid *** brother totaled the WS6 I just bought like 3 weeks ago. He was driving in rain, and skid into a pole. I have full coverage on it with Fred Loya.

My question is, has anyone had any experiences on total losses with Fred Loya?

If so, what was your experience? How long did it take to get your settlement?

Thanks.

Thank you sir, for helping me sleep better tonight.

I've been told so many horror stories about them.

we may have been a lucky case, but I don't see how they could give you **** if you have full coverage?

Sorry to hear that happened-But down here
in Odessa there is a WS6 almost identical to yours-including rims of course for sale. At least it was last week. And 2 others same color but with G2 rims and speedlines. Hope they payout so you can get into another.

I've paid close to $500 to them already. $180 for a downpayment, and $280 for the first month's payment. $460.

Thanks man. It really does suck, I didn't even have time to enjoy that car.

But I am actually going to get this one as soon as I get the settlement. MAJOR upgrade

My mom, me and my brother were all on the policy. It actually came out cheaper than me by myself on it. If it were just me on the policy, it would have been $500+ a month.

The claim has already been made, the car is at a body shop, the adjuster already took pics and deemed it "totaled".

I was just wondering how long it took on average for other people to get the settlement. Cause I'm dying to get back in a F-body.

Some guy with Fred Loya t-boned my dads in his truck and it took forever for them to payout. They kept arguing thier client was not in the wrong even though there were several witnesses. They also didn't want to payout (not sure they ever did) to my dads friend who was in the truck and sustained neck and back injuries.

Good luck though, hopefuly they treat you better

Thanks for the input. Since my brother did not get injured or hit anybody, I think it won't take as long. Also, by the looks of it, they are working on it pretty fast. I made the claim on Monday, got it in the shop the same day so they can make an estimate, adjuster went to take pics and estimate it as well, he contacted me politely and said it was totaled, and that he would get back to me within 2-3 days.

I'll update this thread once I find out what's going to happen.

im surprised they covered your brothers fbody. when i called them about insuring my old camaro, they said that they cant insure those cars...WTF? not sure if it was maybe because of my age, but that was pretty stupid. i was like 22 or 23 years old.

They didn't give me any gripes when I went to insure mine. They just said that the deductible is more on it because of the T-Tops.

Spotted a NBM SS camaro on 17x11 Zr1's with a sunoco hood up there yet? I sold our 01 SS camaro to a guy up in your area.

On another note to the thread starter....hows the front bumper? I need one

Are they black ZR1s? I think I might have seen it. My brother hit the pole on the rear panel right near the gas tank. Other than the panel, rear bumber, and tail nothing else was damaged.
