Pearland high Autotech>> Hays High auto tech

All we got to do was regular maintenance on teachers rides and bring our own cars in to work on for the period. The most exciting thing we did all year was a break job on my 2000 Z28 lol.

I am in Auto 1, it's a fun class. Larson went a little overboard with the color scheme though, looks a little

Frame took forever to sandblast.

Ditto on the 3.5 hp motor rebuilds. Gay. I had an mti built 99ss and the teacher let me tinker with it but he barely knew what anything was. I LOL'd when he couldn't figure out what my electric water pump was. I heard he ended up getting fired and somebody cool came in and they got to build a 67 chevy stepside pro street style.

The most mechanical class we had in H.S. was Farm Power where we'd work on tractors and whatever our teacher had tore up recently. We didn't have anything automotive. Just wondering why they went with those slapper traction bars instead of atlast some Cal-Tracs or something.

The funnest thing I ever did was rebuild a 5 hp small engine, and it locked up after a few minutes of running. Luckily my skills have drastically improved. Thats going to be a badass truck when its all done though.

All the different colors does not look good IMO. I was turned down for auto mechanics. They said my knowledge exceeded what they were teaching. I was 12yrs old when I built my first small block (327) with my dad. It went in his 66 impala ss convertable.

I was always jealous of PHS autotech. I went to Santa Fe and they only worked on freaking tractors and redneck trucks.

Nope, the nova is sitting in the Pen, engine still on the stand.

And SLV WS6, it actually looks decent in the pictures. The tires hide all the other gay colors like the blue spindles and orange brakes.

By Christmas we should have this running.
