WS6 Store short stick

Have any of y'all installed one of these short sticks and gain a ton of transmission noise?? Maybe I'm installing it wrong.. Let me know!!

I've had one for like 2 years now with no noise. Do you have a poly trans mount? That's where my transmission noise was coming from.

Yeah, I do have a poly transmount... My stock stick makes no noise at all... I guess that bushing on the bottom of the stick takes it all... Any sugestions?

I put rubberized coating on the bottom of the short stick back before I got my 5.0.
You could also put a thin strip of rubber/gasket between the mating surfaces.

I doubt these will get rid of all the noise, but they should lessen it.
