If you have an underdrive pulley, all you need is a 3/8th's wratchet, 14mm deepsocket, 2" extension, 14mm shallow socket, water pump gaskets and silicone. Don't even have to pull the belt. Oh and some water/antifreeze.

It's relatively easy if you have the tools and a clean place to work. Just make sure you drain the whole system before you take out the pump or you'll have antifreeze all over the opti.

Just to be clear ...
The power steering pump attaches with metric bolts because it bolts to the accessory bracket. The accessory bracket attaches to the block with SAE bolts.

If it attaches to the block or heads, it's SAE. In this case, it's a 9/16. 14mm is close, but it's not a metric bolt.

I guess mine are wore out or something. I have to almost hammer a 9/16ths on.

Well mine are the original ones that came on the car 16 years ago. But I know what you mean. I used to get my tranny bolts mixed up with my bellhousing bolts and would wonder wtf. Then I learned me the difference between them thar bolts.
