Talking From 318rwhp to 470rwhp step by step

My hubby got me an early B-day present (Fast 92/NW92/Z06MAF). I know its no 1,000hp car but here's what we did to get 470.

1st dyno pull
Stock tune, SLP Lid, smooth bellow, Pacesetter LT's, TSP Y-pipe and Magnaflow catback.
It put down 318rwhp.

2nd dyno session
Previous mods plus MS3 cam on stock tune 365rwhp. With the tune 406rwhp.

3rd dyno session
Previous mods, plus a set of Texas Speed PRC Stage 2.5 CNC ported heads. Comp lifters, 25% underdrive pulley. 443rwhp

Last dyno session
Previous mods, plus Fast 92 intake, Nick Williams 92 TB, and Z06 Maf.
1st pull 459rwhp
2nd pull w/tune 470rwhp

Big Thanks to Texas Speed & Performance, WS6 Store, and the shop that does all of my work...
Not bad for my grocery getter/daily driver...

Very nice. I'm pretty confused actually, this setup I have is 389rwhp. I don't know what is wrong maybe the ms4 is just too big? Not meaning to hijack the thread just saw your 2nd step and my numbers and did a double take!

From what we have seen and read, an automatic car is not going to put down the same or as high of a number as 6spd car on the dyno. But I bet if you take it to the track it runs like a ****

Very nice! The MS3 and PRC stage 2.5 5.3L heads is a great combo.
Do you have any track times?

That's a very good number for a H/C/I stock cube LS1. Congrats!

Yeah guys, you are not going to install those parts on a stalled auto and expect to hit the same number at the tires.

I seriously heart your car.....

Thats awesome, congratulations on a great build, 470 without going max effort and retaining driveability is amazing.

So how does it feel? Oh and what gears are in it out of curiousity?

Very nice gains from a somewhat budget oriented build! Have fun with it!

Those are some pretty good numbers. I plan on going a similar route.
