6'1", 200lbs....hes not worth me losing my licenses for my company. I called him out in front of everyone on this, there is no way im getting my $600 back in full, he has already spent it. I have no problem with taking him to court, yes it is a hassle, but that isnt gonna stop me!!. im giving him his one last shot in front of everyone, would i like to get my $600 back, yes, will i w/o going to court, no. we all know that. Maybe im to nice.

should of atleast got all in his *** in person and made him **** his pants thinkin you was gonna whoop his ***... and then which i doubt he would of but if he did hit u you could of claimed self defense after tearin that *** up.. and still take him to court
yes, I am fully aware thats what he needs!!! but i have to much to lose to do it.

Personally I would take him to court and no way in hell could he slip away without a good ol *** whoopin! I would be amazed if it doesnt happen from some random person just for the principle of the whole deal!

hahahaha, i here u man....he'll get his eventually. heard a rumor he goes to the 2920 meet, hmmmmmmmm...lol. any one wanna go to the 2920 meet this weekend with me. i hope his new "408" he is supposed to get blows up the first time he gets on it.

he didnt even respond........figures, i have talked to a few guys that know him. he seems like a pill head. thats cool, he will soon be a pill head that owes me money!!! he doesnt have a leg to stand on. i have alot of people behind me on this!

This guy is a *****. Not trying to get into someones business but, this guy needs to just give you back all your money, take the motor back and then try and do whatever with it. You dont sell someone something telling them it runs perfect when it doesnt. If something is wrong with the item than just say it up front. Not to mention when your trying to sell it on a forum like this. Im going through the same thing like this only I had my engine rebuilt and its not running like it should...you can actually find my posting under the texas members postings..check it out...but anyway...back to the case at hand Fox you need to just give him his money back, take the motor and move on...your either gonna end up in court and worse if you just keep messing around. Dont be that guy! Another thing, your name on here is being tarnished, not that you probably care, but just think about it. If it were me, this would have already been taken care of.

Kasey, I gotta take you for a ride. I spent $150 and all weekend fixing it up. New front and rear sway bar end-links, B12 3 step injection/combustion cleaning, new PCV, oil and filter and flush, new rear diff cover gasket, new fluid and modifier. Even semi-fixed the rear hatch rattle. Runs like a champ, and kinda startled me a little bit being able to go WOT past 2nd, haha.

his ad said it had 8k on it, and in "perfect running order". after picking it up, i got it on the engine stand,started turning it over by hand, heard a weird noise, pulled the fron two rod caps, found a spun bearing. tried to call him, couldnt reach him after only 45 min from buying it to tell him he sold me a bunk motor. he doesnt want to give my money back, or even settle for half so i can fix it. i have a signed letter that HE signed when he came and looked at it, stating i either get my money back, or a rebuilt motor. he only wanted to put in a new crank and rod, not new bearings and rings which he should have done, so now i am taking him to court. he will pay more now than if just gave me my money back.
