Default Parking tickets

Anyone know what will/can happen if you have some unpaid parking tickets in the city of Houston?

They can put a boot on your car if you park down town.

I have had 2 outstanding parking tickets for 2 years.

Just wanting to make sure i can renew my license. that i dont have warrents from them. didn't know if you could get a warrent from a parking ticket ot not since you never sign anything. they just leave it on your window.

Anyone know?

I thought you said for 2 years? I always thought they were pretty cheap..like 5-10 bucks when I was in Arkansas, are they more there?
