installed the d585 coils well i installed the coils the other day and im just now getting around to driving my car so i got on it and you can actually tell the difference feels like i picked up some torque. just thought id share. i saw a thread on here where a guy picked up almost 10hp and abt 18 or 20 ftlb so i figured eh what the hell i had them at my dispense. really wasnt expecting to feel anything but they are pretty good mod. only i wish i dynoed the car before and after to see what they did. well thanks for readin

if your askin if i pulled the tires off the ground then no... no i did not. these are the coils that will come on some tahoe's, avalanches, yukon's, and occasionally trucks. they have they are a round and have a small heatsink on top of the coil. i do know that it rolls out a hell of a lot better than what it was. the only problem i ran into because i used the bracket that coils came on was on the drivers side you have to remove the evap purge solenoid up off its bracket and you have to angle the #5 coil because the fuel supply line is in the way. you can use stock length wires and they are a little snug or you can use the truck wires. it is a direct swap no modifying connectors harness nothing just bolt on and go.

Congrats mjcotroneo. I installed them on my Procharged '02 Z28 and I like them.
While I can't say the D585 coils have super powers
or anything, I know my car puts down really good numbers for a completely stock internal motor with a Procharger (546/506 on a loaded dyno)

EDIT: yes, that is a Dyno Jet in the video. The final numbers were put down on a Dynapack loaded dyno at Reckart Performance Tuning.
