Default Insurance Auto Auction License?

Anyone here have a dealer license at IAA in Dallas? I wasn't allowed to buy my truck back from the insurance so I'm hoping I can get it at auction with the help of someone who has a license. Its gonna be up for bidding on Wed. next week. Well first I want to find out how much they are going to start the auction at to see if its worth it.
Thanks in advance,
-Jesse

I was so close to getting it but I stopped bidding at $2,100 and went for $2,200!

I tried a bunch of times to buy it back from the insurance but they said that only the bank where I financed it could buy it since i owed more than half to them. I owed about $14k out of $16k. I only owned it for about 9 months.

I only went up to $2,100 cause i only had $2,000 to spend and the guy that was helping out with his dealer license was gonna charge me $400 plus the fees to get it out.
**** it, i still got my money back and some. Also got a good deal on my Saab

Yep makes perfect sense even though it really kind of screwed you over, did you possibly ask about retrieving personal items from the vehicle? If it would have been allowed you could at least get your Nitrous kit out of there.

Glad things worked out for you
