I past by castroville this saturday coming from Acuna Mex... Place Is far as hell from where i stay. If I ever make there with some of you, i just might stay in a hotel and scoop up some cochinas while im at it... Lolz JK!!!
Soon fellas, I'll be up and going, picked up trans yesterday, waiting on stall.

Yea for a millisecond. Then you either spin, bog, break, or slip. Stalls remain at their target RPM without bogging or slipping(unless it's fukt). Unless you're just tyring to prove a point with a 6 speed, stalled autos are the way to go for the strip. Personally, i prefer a manual for road racing.... But I'm keeping the auto until I'm finished daily driving in a mess of traffic.

Yea i know what a stall does and that auto is better for the strip, I'm being smartass

I probly wont operational by tomorrow night. I just took my old 98 V6 camaro and took a LS1 from a 99 donor. We should have her running tomorrow pending any hangups with wiring. we are approx 70 % complete

I have a few more things to do to it before taking it around other car guys. Lol i've been slowly restoring it over the last 7 months after deciding not to scrap it. It was in bad shape after sitting partially stripped from new years 2010 to july 2012.

The flexplate came apart when i was home on leave (from california) and took out everything in its path. So i started stripping it, and it got pretty nasty inside. I'm keeping it for at least another year and a half. At that point I'll either do a complete restoration or do a body swap from a V6 in great shape and scrap this one.
