Default Time for new tires

Currently running firestone wide ovals 295r/275f . Texas roads are a bit different than californias. Any reccomendations? Todays rain was quite fun on the toll roads- wide ovals are a dry pavement tire .

I've always liked the Goodyear F1 DSG3's - I have them at about 70% tread and haven't had any issues in the rain these last couple days.

If you don't want to spend that much, I've also had Firestone Firehawks and they've been good as well (about half the price)

Raptor Rikens to fine in the rain. They are a lot like the goodyears, but in dry they don't hold for jack.

i had Nitto Invo's on my GTO they worked very well in the rain and rode great. i'll be putting them on my sti as well, the current tires are awesome in dry weather but it did get a little scary in the wet yesterday.

These are a good all around tire but the price is a little up there compared to something like hankooks v12's which have all better aspects imo.
