Man as hard as you said she hit you that little Jeep took it really well. That is very minimal damage and should be pretty easy for any compitant shop to fix up. Glad you are ok and good luck.

Well, I shouldn't have said it like that. I edited my post. The work they did on the damaged rear quarter panel was fine. They fixed what was broken.

I always have issues there, people just don't pay attention, my friend at work t-boned a Mustang in that same place.

That's not a very hard job either so walk away from those ridiculous repair estimates. Insurance taking care of it?

Oh BTW I should be home Monday.

Just make sure they fix the metal and don't use a ton of body filler. Jeeps are bad about the metal flexing in that area. Body filler will be cracked at trashed in no time.

My buddy got hit like that and they had to cut the entire section off and replace it with a new panel. It came out great, but that was done in Dallas many years ago so I don't have any advice on a shop to send you to in your area.

Man that actually isn't bad.. i would look into gen right tub guards.. It will fill that gap.. and you can save some dough.. That will be an expensive fix..

P.S. I dd'd that jeep for 3 years like that..
