Talking Current Project *Pics*

Well.. it started with this as some of you know and if not heres my previous post. Car self destruct?

Broken Patriot spring and Rocker Arm

and then I though to myself.. with all the needle bearings and whatnot (alot were pilled under the lifter tray), lets pull the heads and clean her up a little and reseal her up with new gaskets while im waiting on the new PRC springs from Byunspeed (my excuse to see what the insides are looking like and replace valve seals) and ended up with this.. Just thought Id make a post about whats going on. Got some cleaning to do with these pistons! Thanks for looking!

Parts bought during this project (will update)
PRC dual spring kit .650 lift
243 heads (exhaust gasket port and blended bowls a bit)
tr55 plugs with msd 8.5
qtp longtubes with texas speed TD and sweet thunders

The gasket remover spray does WONDERS on the carbon of top of the piston if you are worried about it. Dont forget though, the carbon adds compression

Get TR6s and gap them to .40 if you're not spraying.

Your welcome, hope you enjoy them! I will probably kicking myself for selling them in the event I buy another F-body

My understanding is that the exhaust port needs to be as smooth as possible, pretty much polished. You don't want carbon build up and it will stick to anything.
