Ah, so that was YOU in front of me off to the side (I was in the silver C6 behind you that wouldn't start up)
We weren't making a good showing for C6s working properly
Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

That sucks! Hopefully your brake line doesn't have the same design especially at the fast end of the track.
It's cool to see two great business competitors coming together for a common interest even when money is not involved.

BTW, It sucks that you had this issue last night. I made a pass and seen you in line. I told my brother to get you on video but he said you broke something.

Seemed like a Bad night for everyone but Chad.I blew out what at the time sounded like a header gasket.Turned out to be blown head gasket
On a positive note it happened at 1000 foot mark and she still coasted the extra 320 feet to a 12.30 @100mph.Not bad for 6psi

Here is the thread Bonnie put on my site.

She posted it on here hoping to get more street car involved but someone keeps deleting her threads. OTTA is the only organization I know of that is truly trying to give the true street cars a place to race without being harassed.
That sucks about the head gasket. I was thinking that because the header gaskets looked good but it was not pouring water out...

This OTTA sounds great...
FloydSummer... Didn't realize that was you back there. I guess you got it home ok then.
DudeWin... The 17" CCW's clear the ZO6 brakes just fine. They did something to the design of the wheel a while back to make room for the big brake kits and Z brakes.

Good story Tony. Yeah it is amazing some of the things you find out about GM's manufacturing materials when you start taking the cars apart lol! Glad it worked out for you. I have found a lot of good car guys will bend over backwards for a fellow gear head at times. I've been on the recieving end a number of times and always appreciate the help, and try to do the same when I find people broke down/ having issues etc.. So I'll give a big thanks to all the guys that helped you as you can never tell them enough!
