I thought we were talking about a mid $30k range....im sure the ZL1 will push for more then $55-$60k for that price im sure we can all think of something better for the money.

nah not at all. Actually, I saw with my own eyes Chevy's website say that it starts a 25k Which is weird because that's in the range of the v6... but it's a better, newer car. Ask the member on here Super-Bat, he took a screenshot of it

Just write them a check and monthly payments shouldn't be an issue.

Looking for a toy or a daily driver? If i had the vette, i would never want to let it touch the weather, the Camaro? Man, that is a DD winner, 4 seats, it is just a Camaro so who gives a **** if it gets nasty, not ot mention, i would rather have people hit my Camaro in the parking lot with their doors ect than the vette.

So, for me the real option, is a 5th gen for daily use and the vette for the weekends and nice weather ect.

Not to mention, i am a big guy and getting in and out of a Camaro is easier as well.

If someone has to ask for opinions between these two cars, which aren't even in the same league...they should go buy a bunny with a pancake on its head. It makes just as much sense as this thread. Owning both cars, I'd never take my 2010 SS over my Z06. Nope.

That's probably the answer he's looking for, you own both so you know them inside and out.

'07 Z06 is just far superior if you are looking for a sports car. Daily driver I'd go for the SS.

I'd still rather daily drive the Z06. It gets better mpg than the Camaro does, rides about the same, is more nimble in traffic, brakes better, fits in parking spots better, has fewer blind spots, and has a larger trunk than the Camaro. The only thing the Camaro does better is haul more than 2 people. If you don't need back seats, you won't need the Camaro.

This is quite easy. If you can afford either car but not both, it comes down to if you need/want 2 extra seats.

If you don’t care about seating for 4, then I say Z06 all the way. It outperforms the SS in every way and looks better doing it.

How much do they want for the bunny with a pancake on its head?

Unlike you, some of us dont own 20 different new cars and trucks, LOL.

If i had the option, i would own both, much less one or the other, but having just 1 car to drive every day and no other option, i cannot justify a 2 seater sports car that i would want to never touch nasty weather.
