Put my house back on the market and it's about the season to buy houses. I am getting married in April so I hope to have this thing moved before then.

Got a much better Realtor and I think we are alot better priced now for a quick sell. $120k

Thanks man. House right across the street from me sold for $119,900k it was 200sqft smaller but a single story.

Wife car? No mine yes however that means nothing. If you based your choice because of that then your missing out and will miss out on every home on the market. **** is bad everywhere and people are having auto breakins and there houses kicked in even in the gated rich areas so if your are trying to make a point here then you have none. Crime rates in the Steeplechase area is little to none but as the economy gets worse that changes. It's not life where you can leave your house unlocked and your keys in your car anymore.

We ended up finding a house 43 miles closer to my job, moved in 3 weeks ago. Now have my wifes house not to far from you up for lease. Have had more showings than when we had it for sale.
