What do G8 gxps really run?

What do G8 gxps really run? Saw one the other day and it was a badass ride. I think I read they make 420 hp. Anyone on here have one and ran it down the quarter? Seem to be a badass sedan made with some good parts. If you cant asfford a new cts-v it looks like this is the way to go

Old Goat on this board owns one with an automatic. With headers, CAI, tune and 3200 stall, he runs 11.90s. He ran 12.90s bone stock. Pretty nice for just bolt-ons in a 4000lb four door sedan. Great cars for sure.

Yes, the G8 GXP is one hell of a fine car. Too bad Pontiac got it right, then disappeared off the face of the earth.

ok...What's the big Differences between the GT and GXP?? other than the fact the GXP has the M6 option.?? just curious since I've considered one many times for a DD..along with a LS2 GTO, and 03-04 Cobra...

The gxp comes with an ls3 and an M6 option. Also, the gxp has 370 gears vs a smaller gear in the gt. I believe it's a 323. The gt comes with an L76 which has the dod feature. In stock vs stock trim the gxp is faster but a modded gt can move.

This. My gt went 13.7 bone stock, which is about average. With some minor bolt ons it went 12.9.
