Seriously man, honking your horn is not instigating road rage. It's the only way you can try and communicate with someone outside of your vehicle that there is something that they need to focus their attention on. In this case it was that an illegal turn was causing a traffic backup.

Damm, this is some crazy **** guys. I myself have some bad road rage but there are limitations to how far you should go, especially if the other person is a female. I'll box it out with who ever but with a female, i'd just ignore it and be on my way especially for a ******* HONKING. My wife and I both carry Glocks and will be used if threaten'd. In a situation like this, I can bet my Hawks she wouldnt have hesitated to unload the clip on him....lol....

What honking does to Texans is hillarious (and I was born and raised here) - When I was in New York for a couple years (Western, not even NYC) people drove with 1 hand on the wheel and 1 on the horn. If you weren't being honked at, you were probably parked

Come on guys... honking is a tool to communicate road rage and it is used to instigate it as well. And women LOVE their horn. I can think of at least three females that i know off the top of my head that use their horn on a regular basis as tools of saying "YOU DUMB ***!"
Of course i dont know this lady that winter is speaking and i dont know if she was being impatient or if she was truly trying to warn him. I am just saying that people use horns as tools of road rage, and it pisses people off when they think they are being honked at.

Even better, the only thing i liked about being stationed in Louisiana was that your vehicle and purse (for ladies) is considered a extension of your home so carry away no CHL. And anyone over 18 can open carry...I just wish Texas would get on board with that
