What cam should I get? PLEASE HELP!
It's going in a 2002 camaro with a stock ls1 bottom end (346) with the following mods: built 4L60 with a yank ss 3800, full BMR suspension, 3:73 rear gears, Stage II heads with 2.02/1.575 valves, fast 90 intake, 92mm nick williams throttle body, 42 pound injectors, comp pushrods, comp dual springs (pt# 26921-kit) with comp titantium retainers, terra 1.7:1 rockers, Mac 1.75 mid headers, 4" exhaust system, it has a Lunati cam in it now (222/218 581/562 LSA: 114 adv. +2 degrees reverse split). This is not my dd car. I drive the car on the weekend and take it to the track. I ran a 7.70 at 89.9 mph, with a 1.7 60ft. on street tires. I would like a nasty idle, with a good gain in power. I'm thinking something in a 235 dur and 600 lift on a 112. What does everyone think I should put in it? Thanks for any imput.

Around 10k miles, valvesprings didn't hold up well to the task and cracked one and dropped a valve. 6k dollars later, it was a very expensive lesson learned. I only want $250, tired of seeing it just sitting on my couch. I've got a FS thread if you want pictures. FYI I'd opt for the PRC platinums from TSP for peace of mind.

You saw my reply in the other section. Don't make the mistake of going too big on duration or lift. Low 230s, LSA around 111, lift around .600". Choose a lobe that will not give you valve control issues.
